Abstract
Guideline for Rational Drug Use and Comprehensive Management of Acute Pulmonary Embolism in County-Level Regions(hereinafter referred to as"the Guideline")is a guidance document primarily for medical staff in county-level medical institutions in China,providing guidance on scientific diagnosis and rational treatment of patients with acute pulmonary embolism(PE).Based on the latest evidence-based medicine,the Guideline summarizes the selection of thrombolytic and anticoagulant drugs suitable for county-level application,standardizes the diagnostic process and treatment protocols for acute PE,and focuses on practical diagnosis and treatment schemes in county-level settings.It covers contents such as epidemiological characteristics of acute PE,comprehensive management strategies for PE in primary medical institutions,rational use of anticoagulant and thrombolytic drugs,drug interactions,and medication in special situations.This Guideline helps improve the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of county-level medical staff for acute PE and assists patients with acute PE in better understanding the disease and cooperating with diagnosis and treatment.关键词
