基于数据挖掘的中成药治疗冠心病心绞痛的用药规律分析
Analysis of the Medication Patterns of Chinese Patent Medicines in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the formulation ideas and medication patterns of Chinese patent medicines in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD),aiming to provide insights for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation-based treatment of CHD angina pectoris and new drug development.Methods:Formulation information of Chinese patent medicines for CHD angina pectoris was collected from Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition,Volume I)and other sources.Data mining methods were applied,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0 was used to perform frequency analysis,association rule analysis and k-means clustering analysis on the included Chinese medicinal herbs.Results:A total of 67 Chinese patent medicines were screened,involving 153 Chinese medicinal herbs,including Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Panax notoginseng,Borneolum syntheticum,Panax ginseng,Carthamus tinctorius and Paeoniae Radix Rubra.The main effects were promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and tonifying deficiency;the medicinal properties were mainly warm and cold;the flavors were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;and the meridian tropism was mainly the heart,liver and spleen meridians.The most commonly used herb pair was"Salvia miltiorrhiza-Ligusticum chuanxiong";the commonly used herb trios were"Ligusticum chuanxiong-Carthamus tinctorius-Paeoniae Radix Rubra""Salvia miltiorrhiza-Ligusticum chuanxiong-Paeoniae Radix Rubra""Salvia miltiorrhiza-Ligusticum chuanxiong-Carthamus tinctorius".The core herb combinations with the highest association degree were"Curcumae Radix → Salvia miltiorrhiza"and"Carthamus tinctorius,Paeoniae Radix Rubra → Ligusticum chuanxiong"with a confidence of 1.Three categories of core herb combinations were obtained by k-means clustering analysis.Conclusion:The formulations of Chinese patent medicines for CHD angina pectoris in this study are mainly composed of blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs and deficiency-tonifying herbs,combined with herbs for inducing resuscitation,clearing heat,regulating qi and resolving phlegm.The potential herb pairs and core herb combinations identified in this study can provide references for clinicians in syndrome differentiation-based treatment of CHD angina pectoris and new drug development.关键词
