摘要

Abstract

Under the background of building a powerful education country,vocational education,as the primary platform for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,plays a pivotal role in resolving structural contradictions in urban-rural human capital and extending educational modernization to the county level.Grounded in the theoretical logic of human capital characterized by"productive accumulation,dynamic allocation and sustainable reproduction",the value-driven mechanism through which vocational education empowers urban-rural integration manifests in three dimensions:integration of vocational and general education cultivates new-type professional farmers to achieve"capital accumulation";industry-education integration promotes bidirectional flow of urban-rural human resources to complete"capital allocation";science-education convergence builds lifelong learning ecosystems to activate"capital reproduction".Guided by the quadripartite action logic of institutional innovation,practical reform,cross-sector collaboration and technological empowerment,vocational education aligns modern vocational education systems with the strategy of building a powerful education country,innovates double-high talent supply models for rural revitalization,fosters university-local government-enterprise consortiums to optimize resources allocation,and constructs digital platforms to establish lifelong learning systems.These efforts ultimately generate strategic resonance between building a powerful education country and the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
