Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Vocational Education Industry-education Integration Policy

Abstract
In order to evaluate the effectiveness of vocational education industry-education integration policies,a"policy intensity-policy objectives-policy measures-policy feedback"evaluation model was constructed to evaluate 31 samples of vocational education industry-education integration policies issued by the Chinese government from 2013 to 2023.The results show that the overall effectiveness of policies and the number of policies exhibit significant fluctuations in the same direction.The number of policies has a significant impact on the overall effectiveness of policies,while the average effectiveness of policies has remained at a low level.The policy effectiveness reached two small peaks in 2017 and 2022 respectively,mainly due to the high policy intensity.From the perspective of policy tools,more symbolic and persuasive tools,as well as functional expansion tools,are used,while authoritative tools and system change tools are insufficiently applied.Incentive tools are used the least,and policies are relatively flexible.In the future,it is necessary to improve the policy of industry-education integration in terms of elevating the level of policy subjects,strengthening horizontal coordination and interaction between the Ministry of Education and other departments,and improving coordination between internal structures.关键词
