车载油气回收系统兼容加油设备应用研究

Abstract
With the continuous growth of the number of motor vehicles and increasingly strict environmental protection regulations in recent years,the number of vehicles equipped with Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery(ORVR)systems has significantly risen.In major cities,ORVR-equipped vehicle ownership has exceeded 30%.However,there were incompatibility issues between the ORVR system and the current oil vapor recovery system of gas stations during their collaborative operation,which led to a decline in oil vapor recovery efficiency and has become a key technical bottleneck restricting the oil vapor treatment and emission reduction of gas sta-tions.Against this backdrop,the ORVR-compatible refueling vapor recovery technology has received extensive attention due to its ability to resolve these challenges and has been piloted in some provinces and municipalities.In this paper,the pilot application of ORVR-compatible refueling equipment in Beijing was investigated and an-alyzed,and the gas-liquid ratio data of the fuel nozzle in the station and the long-term pressure data of the un-derground tank were collected and summarized.The emission reduction benefits of ORVR-compatible equipment and tertiary oil vapor recovery devices were compared.The feasibility of ORVR-compatible equipment was dis-cussed from the aspects of economy,environmental protection,and safety.关键词
