酸性气田溶硫剂性能研究及现场应用
Research on the Performance and Field Application of Sulfur-dissolving Agents in Sour Gas Fields

Abstract
To address the severe sulfur deposition and blockage issues at the H desulfurization station of a certain sour gas field,indoor experiments were conducted to study the sulfur dissolution effects of two self-devel-oped sulfur-dissolving agents,Y1 and N1,on field-sampled sulfur.The sulfur dissolution rates and kinetics for the two sulfur-dissolving agents were measured for standard sulfur samples and sulfur under different liquid-to-solid ratios,demonstrating that the N1 sulfur-dissolving agent is more suitable for the acidic gas field H.The ex-perimental results showed that under a liquid-to-solid ratio of 5∶1 and a reaction time of 12 hours,the sulfur-dissolving agent N1 achieved a 100%sulfur-dissolving rate,while the sulfur-dissolving agent Y1 achieved ap-proximately 53%.Increasing the dosage of the sulfur-dissolving agent N1 did not enhance the sulfur dissolution process,whereas increasing the dosage of the sulfur-dissolving agent Y1 significantly accelerated the sulfur dis-solution process.N1 sulfur-dissolving agent had a good sulfur-dissolving effect on sulfur blocks in different de-vices at the desulfurization station site.In addition,the corrosiveness of N1 sulfur-dissolving agent to carbon steel and the swelling property of non-metals were analyzed:the corrosion rates of three types of carbon steel,namely N80,L360,and A333Gr6,were all less than 0.050 mm/a,and the corrosion rates of 304 and 316L stainless steels were less than 0.010 mm/a.The diameter change rates of the five non-metallic materials,name-ly nitrile rubber,hydrogenated nitrile rubber,ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM),polytetrafluoroeth-ylene(PTFE),and polychlorotrifluoroethylene(PCTFE),were all less than 1.2%,indicating that they have almost no impact on the commonly used materials on site.Targeted recycling and treatment processes were de-veloped and applied on-site,achieving good results.关键词
