Abstract
With the rise of new petrochemical industry clusters and the renewal of old enterprises,the safety production situation has become increasingly severe.Effectively preventing and controlling the situation′s develop-ment is not only crucial for the survival of a single enterprise but also essential for maintaining societal stability.Therefore,how to build a benign emergency ecosystem is an important research topic for enterprises today.Based on the theory of ecological chain systems and in combination with the practical experience of the emergency sys-tem,emergency response,and emergency capacity of a large-scale petrochemical enterprise,this paper proposes a set of emergency ecosystem models that effectively coordinate four stages:prevention,preparation,response,and recovery.Through the point-line-surface circulation mode of devices,systems,and enterprises,the practicality and coordination of the emergency ecosystem were enhanced.It also dynamically improved internal and external e-mergency resources,integrated the linkage mechanism among the emergency rescue teams within the enterprise,the government,and surrounding enterprises,and realized resource sharing and efficient utilization.This emergency eco-logical model provided a systematic solution for enhancing the emergency response capabilities of petrochemical enter-prises and offered a reference for the construction of the emergency linkage mechanism in the industry.关键词
