Theoretical logic,practical difficulties,and practical paths of empowering digital transformation of rural governance with new quality productivity
摘要
Abstract
This article explores the theoretical logic,practical challenges,and feasible practical paths of new quality productivity in promoting the digital transformation of rural governance.New quality productivity,as a form of productivity characterized by digitization,networking,and intelligence,lies at the core of technological innovation and is a key driving force for promoting modernization.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that new quality productivity is not only a new engine for economic growth and a new pillar of the industrial system,but also an important support for achieving the strategic goals of rural revitalization and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In the field of rural governance,new quality productivity provides a solid theoretical foundation for the digital transformation of rural governance by providing efficient information processing methods,promoting industrial integration and innovation,and improving governance efficiency.The current digital transformation of rural governance is also facing many practical difficulties,such as outdated facilities,lack of talent,insufficient funds,scattered data,and low literacy,which are constraining the process of digital transformation of rural governance.In response to these challenges,this article proposes a practical path for empowering digital transformation of rural governance with new quality productivity:strengthening the construction of rural digital infrastructure,cultivating professional talents,diversifying capital investment,promoting data integration and sharing,and enhancing the digital literacy of villagers.By adopting diversified strategies and collaborative promotion,we aim to promote the all-round development of new quality productivity in rural areas,and ultimately achieve the goal of leading the digital transformation of rural governance through technological innovation,industrial upgrading,talent cultivation,efficient governance,and advanced concepts.This will provide strong technical support and driving force for the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.关键词
