Digital platform transformation for ecological civilization construction under the wave of xinchuang technology:Value implications,realistic dilemmas and practical paths

Abstract
Xinchuang,information technology application innovation industry,is centered on the construction of localized information technology software and hardware underlying architecture system and full-cycle ecosystem,solving the problem of"bottle neck"in the key links of core technology,and laying a solid digital foundation for China's future development.The report of the 20th Party Congress puts forward to accelerate the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,accelerate the promotion of scientific and technological self-reliance,and win the battle of key core technologies.The digital transformation of ecological civilization construction is a strategic choice for building a digital China,a powerful support for building a strong network country,an inevitable requirement for promoting scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement,and an objective need for building a digital ecological civilization.At present,the digital platform for ecological civilization construction is still facing a lot of problems,such as the insufficent supply of domestic hardware and software,a lack of core technologies in key fields,serious challenges in network security,the comparatively weak ability of independent innovation and prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of the talents.Enhancing the supply capacity of software and hardware of the digital platform for ecological civilization construction,promoting the autonomy and control of the digital platform for ecological civilization construction,improving the safety and security of the digital platform for ecological civilization construction,strengthening the scientific and technological innovation of the digital platform for ecological civilization construction,and fostering the talent team for the digital platform for ecological civilization construction are the specific paths of its practice.关键词
