Day-Ahead Optimal Dispatch of New Power System Based on Evolving Virtual Net Load
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To address the adverse effects of source-load uncertainty in new power system—particularly on the formulation of scheduling plans and full-guaranteed acquisition of renewable energy—this paper introduces a day-ahead optimal dispatch method that is founded on the concept of evolving virtual net load.[Methods]First,an informer model is used to generate a time series of wind-solar power and load.Subsequently,the evolution of the virtual net load is defined and calculated within the power system.Finally,considering the operating characteristics of the system based on the guaranteed acquisition of renewable energy power,a new day-ahead optimal scheduling model is developed.This model aims to minimize the total system cost,including the operating cost and carbon emission cost of each unit,while incorporating system flexibility constraint conditions to reflect the demand of source-load uncertainty through the concept of evolutionary virtual net load.[Results]An analysis of an actual example showed that,compared with other scheduling models,the proposed method can effectively improve a system's ability to cope with source-load uncertainty fluctuations,reduce carbon emission costs,and promote the consumption of on-grid electricity for renewable energy power generation projects.[Conclusions]The proposed method balances the policy requirements and economic interests of enterprises by considering both the guaranteed purchase of renewable energy and market-oriented bidding incentives.While ensuring the safe operation of the system,both economic and low-carbon improvements can be achieved by optimizing the power generation cost and carbon revenue at the unit level.关键词
