Two-layer Planning for Distributed Power Supply in Distribution System with E-SOP Considering Voltage Stability

Abstract
In view of the voltage stability risk caused by an increase in new energy penetration and with the consider-ation of the background of gradual pilot and application of flexible interconnection devices in power systems,a two-lay-er planning model of distributed power supply in distribution system with soft open point with energy storage system inte-gration(E-SOP)considering voltage stability is proposed.First,the voltage stability index and the action mechanism of E-SOP are analyzed.Second,the typical probability day scenario is obtained based on Latin hypercube sampling and an improved synchronous back reduction method fused by the K-medoids algorithm.Third,a two-layer planning model with E-SOP is established,in which the upper-layer model takes the annual comprehensive cost as its objective to deter-mine the location and capacity of wind power,photovoltaic and other equipment,and the lower-layer model takes volt-age stability,network loss and average voltage offset as its objectives and implements active and reactive power coopera-tive optimization with E-SOP.Finally,the improved moth-flame optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results of an IEEE 33-node distribution system show that the proposed model can effectively improve the dis-tribution system's economy and the voltage stability in real-time operation,and the superiority of the solution algorithm is verified.关键词
