Hybrid Energy Storage Capacity Configuration for Wind-storage Co-generation System Based on IPOA-VMD

Abstract
Aimed at the problem of safe and stable grid operation caused by large-scale grid-connected wind power,a capacity optimization configuration method for a hybrid energy storage system(HESS)based on improved adaptive vari-ational modal decomposition(VMD)algorithm is proposed.First,the grid-connected wind power and the reference power of hybrid energy storage that meet the national grid-connection standard are obtained by an adaptive moving aver-age algorithm.Second,the optimal combination of the number of modes and the quadratic penalty factor in the VMD al-gorithm is determined by an improved pelican optimization algorithm(IPOA).Then,the total power of HESS is decom-posed and reconstructed using IPOA-VMD,and the power allocation of HESS is completed accordingly.Finally,the op-timal configuration model of HESS capacity is established,and the corresponding optimal economic scheme is solved based on actual typical day data using the IPOA.The results of an example show that the proposed method can meet the national wind power grid-connection requirements and improve the economy of the system.关键词
