裸花紫珠颗粒联合膏摩治疗小儿细菌性支气管炎临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Luohua Zizhu granules combined with ointment massage in the treatment of pediatric bacterial bronchitis.Methods A total of 122 pediatric patients with bacterial bronchitis in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group by drawing lots,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given the same antitussive and expectorant drugs and compressed atomization treatment.On this basis,the control group took Cefixime for suspension orally,and the experimental group was given Luohua Zizhu granules combined with the ointment massage therapy.The safety and effectiveness of the clinical treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The time required for body temperature to normalize,cough to resolve,and lung rales to disappear in the experimental group were significantly shorter those in the control group.Additionally,levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cells(WBC)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The therapeutic effect was higher in the experimental group,while the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.All the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Luohua Zizhu granules combined with ointment massage in the treatment of pediatric bacterial bronchitis has significant clinical efficacy and high safety,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.关键词
