刘勤主任扶正祛邪治疗大肠癌诊疗思路研究
Study on the Diagnostic and Treatment Thoughts of Director Liu Qin in Treating Colorectal Cancer by Strengthening Healthy Qi and Eliminating Pathogenic Factors

Abstract
Objective To analyze Director Liu Qin's medication rule and academic thought in the treatment of colorectal cancer by strengthening the healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.Methods The medical records of colorectal cancer patients treated by Director Liu at the Wuning County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between October 2022 and August 2024 were systematically reviewed.Subsequently,frequency and cluster analyses were conducted on the standardized dataset using SPSS Statistics 24.Results A total of 60 valid medical records from the first consultation during the study period were included,along with 60 prescriptions and 137 kinds of Chinese medicines.The prescriptions mainly consisted of drugs such as Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Paridis,Radix Codonopsis,Poria,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,etc.Through clustering analysis,two potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Director Liu's treatment of colorectal cancer mainly uses Chinese medicines of the types for clearing heat and detoxifying and tonifying deficiency.While focusing on both strengthening the healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,Director Liu pays attention to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and different stages.Based on the key pathogenesis of spleen deficiency,accumulation of dampness,phlegm,heat and blood stasis,the main treatment principles are invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi to strengthen the healthy qi,clearing heat and detoxifying,eliminating pathogenic factors and combating cancer.This method of strengthening the healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,when applied in clinical practice,always achieves good therapeutic effects.关键词
