电流感觉阈值在黄帝内针针法治疗腕管综合征中的疗效评价研究
Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Current Perception Threshold in the Treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with Huangdi Internal Acupuncture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the comparative evaluation of current perception threshold(CPT)and electromyography in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS)with acupuncture.Methods A total of 102 patients with CTS diagnosed in Gaochun People's Hospital were divided into control group of 50 cases and treatment group of 52 cases.Both groups were treated with mecobalamin and vitamin B1.The treatment group was treated with Huangdi internal acupuncture.Before treatment and 28 days after treatment,the electromyography and CPT were checked,and the clinical manifestations were combined to evaluate the curative effect.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CPT value of the median nerve in the control group at 2000 Hz was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the DML of the median nerve,the SNAP of the thumb-wrist,and the SCV of the median nerve were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the CPT values of the median nerve at 2000 Hz,250 Hz,and 5 Hz were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangdi internal acupuncture can effectively relieve the symptoms of CTS and restore median nerve function.The CPT examination can more comprehensively evaluate the prognosis of median nerve.关键词
