Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and the changes in clinical symptom scores. Methods All clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia using promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions, published since the inception of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Network,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,and Cochrane Library, were systematically retrieved. The methodological quality of the included studies was rigorously assessed, and relevant data were extracted. The data were combined and analyzed using Revman 5.3 statistical software. Results A total of 2,809 literatures were retrieved, and 30 literatures were included, involving a total of 2,332 patients with postherpetic neuralgia. The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the effective rates of the group treated with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions and the group treated with a combination of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions and Western medicine were both higher than that of the group treated with Western medicine alone. The visual analog score(VAS)of the Chinese medicine treatment group and the group treated with a combination of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions and Western medicine were both lower than that of the group treated with western medicine alone, and all of the above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The group treated with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions and the group treated with a combination of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescriptions and Western medicine are superior to the group treated with Western medicine alone in terms of the improvement of the effective rate and VAS score.关键词
