Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between the tongue manifestations and endoscopic and pathological diagnoses in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG),and to provide reference for the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and syndrome differentiation.Methods A total of 256 patients diagnosed with CNAG through endoscopy and histopathology were collected,and their tongue manifestations,endoscopic diagnosis,and histopathological manifestations were recorded.The data were analyzed and processed using SPSS 23.0 software.Results There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of tongue manifestations,endoscopic diagnoses,and pathological findings among patients with CNAG(P<0.05).In terms of tongue manifestations,light red tongue and thin white coating had the highest proportions.In endoscopic diagnosis,CNAG with erosion was the main finding,and in pathological findings,mild active inflammation was the main manifestation.There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of tongue manifestations among different endoscopic diagnoses(P<0.05).The grading of active inflammation was negatively correlated with pale white tongue and light red tongue among tongue colors(P<0.05),and positively correlated with red tongue and crimson tongue among tongue colors(P<0.05).The grading of active inflammation was negatively correlated with thin white coating among tongue coatings(P<0.05),and positively correlated with yellow thick(greasy)coating among tongue coatings(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the tongue manifestations,endoscopic diagnoses and pathological findings in patients with CNAG,which can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of CNAG through the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
