增液承气汤灌肠治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血临床研究
Clinical Study of Zengye Chengqi Decoction Enema in the Treatment of Acute Non-varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Zengye Chengqi decoction enema on acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute non-varicous upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to department of spleen and stomach diseases of Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to April 2024 were collected and divided into control group of 60 cases and treatment group of 60 cases by random number table method.The safety indicators,red blood cell distribution width(RDW),hemoglobin(Hb),case-fatality rate,and active bleeding rate was compared between the two groups.Results The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBil),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),QT interval prolongation rate,and RDW in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the QTc interval was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and Hb level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the active bleeding rate,case-fatality rate,or adverse reaction occurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Zengye Chengqi decoction enema treatment regimen can improve patients'liver and kidney functions,cardiac electrophysiological indicators,and anemia status,and demonstrates stable performance in terms of safety.关键词
