Abstract
Objective To analyze the symptoms and characteristics of prescription preparations and monotherapy preparations for the treatment of exogenous headache in 2020 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(abbreviated as the Pharmacopoeia),and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of exogenous headache.Methods The related drugs for treating exogenous headache in the"Function and Indications"section of Pharmacopoeia were searched and recorded into excel,and the data were normalized and uploaded to the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V 3.0"for statistical analysis.Results A total of 68 Chinese patent medicines were included,involving 224 types of symptom manifestations.The most frequently occurring diseases include cold,upper respiratory tract infection,chronic rhinitis,etc.A total of 271 Chinese herbal medicines were involved,with 18 high-frequency Chinese herbal medicines.Statistical analyses were conducted on the nature,flavor,meridian tropism,efficacy of the drugs,and association rules.Conclusion In the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia,Chinese patent medicines for treating exogenous headache exhibit certain regularities in terms of the nature,flavor and meridian tropism of the drugs,their efficacy,and drug combinations.关键词
