弹力线内痔套扎加外痔切除术联合消痔灵注射治疗混合痔临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of elastic thread internal hemorrhoid ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy combined with Xiaozhiling injection on mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in Xiamen Fifth Hospital were selected and divided into observation group(elastic thread internal hemorrhoid ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy combined with Xiaozhiling injection)and control group(elastic thread internal hemorrhoid ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy)according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The total effective rate,wound healing time,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score,perianal edema and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative VAS pain score,perianal edema,and incidence of postoperative complications were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion elastic thread internal hemorrhoid ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy combined with Xiaozhiling injection can effectively reduce postoperative pain,perianal edema and complications,shorten wound healing time and improve the curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
