旴江医家万全辨治咳嗽的用药规律
The Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Principles for Coughing by Xujiang Physician Wan Quan

Abstract
Objective To study the prescriptions used by Wan Quan for treating cough,statistically summarize the medication rules and characteristics,and provide a reference for clinical treatment of cough.Methods All recommendations for treating cough in Wan Mizhai's Complete Medical Book were collected.Furthermore,the frequency of drug use,drug efficacy,drug nature and flavor and meridian tropism were analyzed using R language and SPSS Statistics 29.0 software.Results In Wan Quan's treatment of cough,the meridians attributed to the medicinal herbs mainly focus on the lung meridian.Most of the herbs have warm properties and bitter flavors.Among them,Radix Glycyrrhizae is the most frequently used,followed by Radix Platycodonis and Poria.The most commonly used medicine for resolving phlegm,stopping cough and relieving asthma.Conclusion Wan Quan's medication rules are based on regulating qi,warming the lungs,and resolving phlegm.According to different concurrent syndromes,Wan Quan combined herbs for relieving exterior syndromes and dispelling pathogens,clearing heat and dryness,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,tonifying deficiency,and astringing the lungs.Wan Quan's rules of syndrome differentiation medication for cough and academic ideas are still worthy of reference and research in modern clinical practice.关键词
