HPLC法同时测定藏药夏萨德西丸中8种成分含量及化学模式识别研究
Simultaneous determination of 8 components in Tibetan medicine Xiasa Dexi Pills based on HPLC and its chemical pattern recognition

Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC multi-component content determination method for Xiasa Dexi Pills and to evalu-ate the quality of Xiasa Dexi Pills from different sources.Methods:The contents of 8 components were simultaneously determined by HPLC,the similarity evaluation software of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine was used for evalua-tion,and the electronic nose was used for odor analysis.Two chemical pattern recognition methods,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis,were used to analyze the quality differences of Xiasa Dexi Pills from dif-ferent sources.Results:The contents of gallic acid,swertiamarine,corilagin,ethyl gallate,chebulagic acid,ellagic acid,chebu-linic acid,and eugenol in the samples were as follows:4.46-10.02、1.66-8.17、2.83-4.41、0.44-1.22、16.28-20.74、7.42-13.04、36.72-33.09、3.12-4.04 mg/g.The similarity of 6 batches of Xiasa Dexi Pills from different sources was 0.423~0.803.Through electronic nose analysis,it was found that the volatile components of Xiasa Dexi Pills mainly include terpenes,aromatics,organic sulfides,methane,and nitrogen oxides;combined with chemometrics and content analysis of 8 chemical components,it was con-cluded that the quality of S6 sample was better and the quality of S2 sample was poor.The quality of samples from different batch-es in the same producing area and different producing areas was quite different.Combined with statistical analysis,ellagic acid,gal-lic acid,and chebulagic acid were the main components affecting the quality of Xiasa Dexi Pills.Conclusion:The established multi-component content determination method of Xiasa Dexi Pills has high precision and good repeatability.Combined with multi-variate statistics,it can be used for the quality evaluation of Xiasa Dexi Pills.关键词
