程序性细胞死亡在阿尔茨海默病中的研究进展
Research on the progress of programmed cell death in Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive impairment of cognitive functions in patients.Currently,its pathogenesis is still unclear and there is a lack of effective clinical treatment.Programmed cell death(PCD)is the genetically determined active and orderly death of cells and is essential for the regulation of homeostasis in life.Increasing evidence suggests that PCD plays an important role in the development of AD.In this paper,we reviewed the molecu-lar mechanisms of six types of PCD,including apoptosis,necroptosis,pyroptosis,ferroptosis,cuproptosis,and disulfidptosis,and their roles in AD,with the aim of providing new perspectives for in-depth study of the pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets of AD.关键词
