摘要
Abstract
A data acquisition system was developed for the existing pill sorting operation.The system con-sists of sensors,a host computer,and a database.The host computer uses the Modbus RTU protocol for data transmission in message format,which is then displayed and stored in the database.The host soft-ware and interface are developed using C#in the Visual Studio environment,allowing real-time display and storage of sensor data,with features such as status monitoring,data filtering,and processing.MySQL database is used for table design,data storage,and data categorization,with the graphical inter-face of Navicat Premium.Test results show that the system operates stably,with high data acquisition efficiency and accurate data transmission.关键词
