摘要

Abstract

Wire arc additive manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing technology for integrally rapid prototyping of large and complex metal components.It features low production costs,high deposition rates,efficient material utilization,and operational flexiblity,thereby providing extensive application prospects across key industrial fields.The residual stress induced by complex thermal cycles of WAAM is a significant factor affecting quality and service of formed components.Current research progress on residual stress in WAAM is reviewed,focusing on its distribution characteristics,formation mechanisms,influencing factors and control methods.Furthermore,the existing limitations of current research on residual stress in WAAM are discussed,and potential development directions and challenges for future research in this field are proposed.
