摘要

Abstract

The high quality and stable operation of oil and gas equipment is a critical guarantee for the efficient extraction and utilization of oil and gas resources.The capability for rapid manufacturing and timely replacement of key components in the event of failure is critical;however,traditional manufacturing processes often fall short of meeting these operational demands.Additive manufacturing(AM)breaks through the limitations of traditional metallurgy on the performance of alloyed large components through rapid solidification and layer-by-layer accumulation,and has the advantage of integrating high performance material preparation with near-net forming of large complex components.The applications of AM in oil and gas equipment are concluded,including rapid manufacturing of key equipment components,optimized design of complex structural components,and optimization of operation and supply chain management.The advantages of additive manufacturing(AM)in reducing the manufacturing cycle,minimizing inventory costs,and enhancing product quality and performance were examined through practical case studies,thereby providing valuable references for technological innovation and sustainable development in the oil and gas equipment industry.
