连云港石化产业基地不同污废水处理模式下污染物削减及碳排放特征
Characteristics of pollutant reduction and carbon emission under different wastewater treatment modes in Lianyungang Petrochemical Industry Base

Abstract
As the main carrier of Chinese industrial development,industrial parks are important areas for implementing synergistic management of pollution and carbon reduction,and also an important starting point for the construction of ecological civilization in the industrial field and the fight against pollution prevention and control.Comparing with the data of 2018-2024 in Lianyungang Petrochemical Industry Base,this study deeply analyzed the characteristics of pollutant reduction and carbon emission in the wastewater treatment of industrial parks.This study found that compared with the"standard discharge after centralized treatment"mode implemented from 2018 to 2020,the"differentiated treatment,regeneration and reuse and standard discharge"mode implemented from 2021 to 2023 reduced industrial wastewater by 8.5×106,15.1×106,and 17.9× 106 tons,respectively.The average annual reductions in COD,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total nitrogen increased by 215.9%,145.3%,278.9%,and 225.1%,respectively,and the annual reduction rates of each pollutant reached 91.1%,93.7%,94.3%,and 78.6%,respectively.Before and after the transformation of the mode,the annual carbon emissions increased from 2.0× 103t CO2-eq·a-1 in 2019 to 8.8×103t CO2-eq·a-1 in 2022,an increase of 339.0%.This was mainly due to the increase of wastewater and its treatment units under the mode of"standard emission after differentiated treatment,regeneration and reuse".It was estimated that industrial wastewater would be reduced by 24.9 million tons in 2024,and carbon emissions would further increase to 1.4 ×104 t CO2-eq·a-1.Carbon emissions from electricity consumption and chemicals would be key areas for subsequent carbon reduction.According to statistics,the joint application of governance technology and control measures in the Lianyungang Petrochemical Industry Base could reduce carbon emissions by 4.1×103 tons of CO2-eq at once,saving a cost of 9×106 yuan.In the subsequent implementation process,sustainable carbon emissions could be reduced by 20 300.1 tons of CO2-eq·a-1,saving a cost of 3.4 million yuan·a-1.The research results can provide reference for achieving synergistic efficiency in reducing pollution and carbon emissions during wastewater collection and treatment in chemical industrial parks,and promote the green and sustainable development of chemical industrial parks.关键词
