工业园区废水综合毒性管控体系构建——以宁夏平罗红崖子园为例

Abstract
Industrial parks,especially chemical parks,have a wide variety of toxic and harmful pollutants and complex components,which pose potential toxic risks to the stable operation of sewage treatment plants and the ecological health of receiving water bodies.Establishing comprehensive measures for controlling wastewater toxicity within these industrial parks is crucial for enhancing overall risk management capabilities.To safeguard the reliable functioning and safety standards at Hongya Ziyuan sewage treatment plant and recycled water facility in Pingluo Industrial Park,this study has installed 17 sets of COD instruments,17 sets of TDS instruments,17 sets of flowmeters,2 sets of comprehensive waste water toxicity instruments and 2 sets of spectral fingerprint tracers across seventeen enterprises within the park following a framework encompassing measurement,evaluation,tracing,and control.A web-based monitoring system leveraging IoT technology has been implemented while refining the technical process for tracking pollutants using spectral fingerprints.Based on experimental validation indicating biological toxicity thresholds of 60%for regulated pool wastewater and 20%for reclaimed water effluent(Fischer-feller bacteria inhibition rate),a platform enabling comprehensive wastewater toxicity monitoring and early warning capabilities has been established to facilitate real-time control within the park.关键词
