激光补光对鲜食玉米育苗植株表型的影响
Effects of Laser Supplementary Lighting on Phenotypic Traits of Fresh Corn Seedling Plants

Abstract
Laser,with its characteristics of high energy density and directionality,can efficiently convert electrical energy into light energy and has been widely applied in agricultural production,showing great potential in seedling supplementary lighting.To explore the effects of laser supplemen-tary lighting conditions on the seedling growth of fresh corn,10 groups of experimental areas with dif-ferent intensities and ratios of laser supplementary lighting were set up.The effects of laser supple-mentary lighting on plant height,stem diameter,and length and width of the longest leaf of corn seed-lings in each experimental area were analyzed.The phenotypic parameters of the aforementioned corn seedlings were extracted using three-dimensional(3D)point cloud data acquisition and process-ing methods.The results showed that under suitable laser supplementary lighting intensity and ratio conditions,the growth of corn seedlings was better and the effect of cultivating strong seedlings was significant.The growth of corn seedlings was the best when the laser supplementary lighting intensity was 0.88-1.25 µmol/(m2·s).When the light intensity of supplementary lighting was increased or de-creased,the phenotypic traits of corn seedlings were negatively affected.Under suitable laser supple-mentary lighting conditions,when the proportion of red light was relatively high,the leaf length-width ratio of corn seedlings increased and the leaf shape became longer and narrower;When the proportion of blue light increased,the height-diameter ratio of corn seedlings decreased significantly and the corn seedlings became shorter.These two phenotypic traits contribute to improving planting density and lodging resistance of corn crops,hereby improving yield potential in the later growth stages.关键词
