摘要

Abstract

Anthocyanin,a natural bioactive compound,is vital for human health due to its antioxi-dant,anti-inflammatory,and cardiovascular protective properties.It also plays a crucial role in plant growth,development,and ecological adaptability.Thus,investigating the formation and regulation mechanisms of anthocyanin can enhance its content and nutritional value,and provide theoretical support for physiological response studies.This study examined the effects of blue light on anthocy-anin formation and photosynthetic physiological changes in purple-leaf lettuce.Different intensities of blue light were applied 7 days before harvest.Results showed that blue light significantly in-creased anthocyanin accumulation,total phenols,flavonoids,and photosynthetic pigments,and en-hanced plant's antioxidant and photosynthetic capabilities.Compared with the control(ck),blue light elevated anthocyanin content in purple crisp and purple romaine lettuces by 78.04%and 66.96%un-der B150,and by 38.26%and 39.5%under B50,respectively.Two-factor analysis revealed signifi-cant variety-specific responses to blue light among different lettuce cultivars.Principal component analysis indicated that low-intensity blue light optimally balanced growth and quality,making it an ideal lighting strategy for plant factories and facility cultivation.This study reveals the patterns of blue light's impact on anthocyanins and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of lettuce,pro-viding a theoretical basis for the environmental regulation strategies to improve the content and qual-ity of plant anthocyanins.
