面向智能制造的起重机智能化关键技术综述
Research on Key Technologies of Crane Intelligence for Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract
As the core equipment of intelligent manufacturing,the development and application of intelligent cranes are of great significance for improving the intelligent level of our country's manufacturing industry.The conceptual difference between intelligent lifting machinery and intelligent cranes is analyzed,and the development of intelligent cranes is promoted in view of the fact that traditional cranes are difficult to meet the complex needs of intelligent manufacturing for efficient,accurate and automatic handling of materials.Based on the three major technical systems of intelligent perception,autonomous decision-making and high-precision execution,key technologies are proposed such as all-round environment-space-state perception scheme for multi-source sensing,standard intelligent decision-making architecture and dynamic path planning,and the technical challenges faced in the current intelligent process are discussed,such as the complexity of multi-source sensor fusion,the adaptability of dynamic environment,the system reliability problem in extreme environments,and the conflict of human-computer interaction permissions.The data-driven and hybrid intelligence approach faces these challenges and looks forward to the future development direction,aiming to provide a systematic reference for the technology development and engineering application of intelligent cranes.关键词
