Abstract
The integration of lean management and information technology in the production of logging instruments is discussed,the lean management and information technology are in-depth analyzed to improve production efficiency and quality of the function and significance.Firstly,the importance of lean instrument production and the function in industrial production are introduced.Then the urgency and necessity of the integration of lean management and information integration in this field are expounded.While conducting a detailed analysis of lean management practices,the key steps of process optimization,value stream analysis and so on are deeply discussed.The application of information technology in the production of logging instruments is discussed,such as MES and WMS systems.Through the prospect of the future development trend,corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward,including deepening intelligent production,strengthening digital transformation and talent team construction.Practical management guidance for logging instrument production enterprises is provided and the sustainable development of this field is promoted.关键词
