小型液压机结构设计及强度仿真分析
Structural Design and Strength Simulation Analysis of Small Hydraulic Press

Abstract
Due to the certain difficulties that exist in the precision and forging range of current small-sized hydraulic presses,and there are also many challenges in terms of cost,efficiency,and lightweight.A small-sized hydraulic press based on the EHA integrated method is designed.In the design process,various factors such as concept,structure,strength calculation,system design,and actuator are considered.A method of putting forward precautions and specific requirements for the hydraulic system from multiple dimensions and angles is adopted,and the corresponding design model is established.The simulation analysis of some parts of the hydraulic press is carried out by using ANSYS simulation software,and the fluid simulation of the internal flow channel of the integrated block is carried out by using Fluent.Different lengths of tool-point-angle cavities and intermediate pipelines are listed,and the configuration with the smallest pressure loss is selected.The results show that the design has a reasonable structure and sufficient energy supply,which verifies the correctness of the design plan of this small-sized hydraulic press.This design meets the requirements of low cost,high efficiency,and lightweight,providing new ideas and methods for the development of small-sized hydraulic presses.关键词
