Abstract
The"Industry 4.0 era"leads the trend of new manufacturing,"Made in China 2025"promotes China's transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,and with the country's promotion of the concept of green environmental protection,electric vehicles become a new direction for the future automotive industry.While achieving achievements,its market popularity still faces many challenges,such as high cost,high battery price,and insufficient battery range.In order to solve these problems,manufacturers need to constantly adapt to changes in market demand,strengthen product design and function updates and improvements.Quality function development(QFD)is taken as the framework and questionnaire method is used to study the development trend of electric vehicles in the market,and BYD Company is taken as an example for research and analysis.Through the method of QFD,the user needs and product design are combined to determine the key factors of electric vehicles in the market,and the corresponding improvement plan is proposed to convert what users need to how enterprises do.The research results provide direction planning for pure electric vehicle research and development projects,and have certain reference value for the future development of the electric vehicle industry.关键词
