Abstract

A multi-channel temperature measurement system is constructed based on a microcontroller using DS18B20 temperature sensor to achieve high-precision temperature monitoring.The main design work includes system design and implementation,using DS18B20 module for temperature data acquisition with an accuracy of 3 decimal places.Display temperature data through LCD module and transmit the data to the computer for real-time monitoring and recording using serial communication technology.The system hardware design is simple,and software development is carried out using Keil programming tools to achieve effective monitoring of multiple temperature channels.The standard equipment and environmental conditions are used in the experiment,and after multiple verifications,the system performs excellently,accurately capturing temperature fluctuations and possessing strong anti-interference performance.The research results indicate that the system can achieve a deviation of no more than 1.9℃from the true temperature value.Compared with other temperature monitoring schemes,the system has high measurement accuracy and good stability,proving the feasibility of this method.The study not only verifies the excellent performance of DS18B20 in multi-channel temperature detection,but also provides useful reference for the calibration of related temperature sensors in the future.
