The Application Status and Development Trends of IO-Link Technology in Industrial Automation Control Systems

Abstract
With the rapid development of Industry 4.0 technology,the industrial automation control system is changing and upgrading in the direction of digitalization,networking and intelligence.IO-Link technology is changing the communication between sensors,actuators and control systems.Based on the basic concepts,working principles,standards and specifications of IO-Link technology,the advantages of IO-Link technology in sensor and actuator connection,data acquisition,fault diagnosis,etc.are discussed,its application status in industrial automation and the advantages and challenges of IO-Link technology are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.关键词
