摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the complex structure of the idler rollers assembly process produces different pre-stress to change the vibration characteristics of the idler rollers,seriously affecting the life of the rollers or even fault caused by the premature failure,the influence law of the pre-stress on the vibration modal characteristics of the idler rollers by the hole-shaft assembly is analyzed by combining numerical simulation and experiment.First,the stiffness equation of the roll connection considering the assembly stress hardening matrix is established and the relationship between the assembly prestress and the system intrinsic frequency is solved.Then,based on the idler rollers finite element model through numerical simulation to analyze the first two orders of modal frequency variation rules of the idler rollers under high prestressing and low prestressing assembly.Finally,to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation,the experimental modal analysis is performed by force hammer hammering method and compared with the numerical simulation results.The experimental results show that the first and second order modal frequency errors are 0.60%and-0.77%,respectively,and the calculation results are more accurate.The study provides some reference for the determination of prestress and vibration characterization of assemblies with hole-shaft fits.
