露天矿工业广场场景的数字孪生模型构建及应用
Construction and Application of Digital Twin Model for Open-pit Industrial Square Scene

Abstract
In order to improve the response of the digital twin model of open-pit industrial square in time dimension and the interaction ability of the digital twin system,based on capturing and simulating the changes and movements of objects in time,and starting with the construction of digital twin physical scenes and technical implementation methods,Unity 3D simulation modeling technology,data acquisition and information modeling technology,model lightweight processing technology and virtual-real mapping technology are used to realize digital twin,and the overall architecture based on Unity 3D is completed.The twin data acquisition and mapping of the open-surface mine industrial square are studied,the CAN bus topology of the industrial square is obtained,the Unity effect display of the gantry model and the overall model of the industrial square are completed on the basis of the setting of equipment variables,and multi-software collaborative research and development with the industrial square of the coal mine are carried out as the scene.The construction of surface mine 3D map and digital twin system and the application research of industrial square are completed,which presents a more real and vivid scene,and lays a good foundation for improving the scheduling and intelligent level of surface mine.关键词
