Abstract
[Research purpose]The integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation can provide strong support for achieving sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening,and is the basic pathway for developing new quality productive forces.Technological innovation and industrial innovation belong to two different types of systems.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the methods,architecture,and content of integrated development from the perspective of the system.[Research method]This study employs information theory to elucidate the uncertainty of innovation,comparing and analyzing the organizational structure evolution similarities and differences between the hierarchical and multi-level systems of technological innovation and industrial innovation,and explaining the structure and content of integration.It applies system-of-systems engineering management theory and methods to establish the principles,methods,and architecture of an integrated technological innovation system.[Research conclusion]From the perspective of the system-of-systems,the organizational structure of the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation will affect the classification of innovation,as well as the efficiency and evolution of the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation,ultimately promoting the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation towards an integrated innovation system.The"six subsystems"of the integrated innovation system,including the innovation evaluation system,innovation policy system,innovation network system,innovation talent training system,innovation achievement transformation system,and innovation market system,are the main structures and contents of the integrated innovation system.Only when the subsystems work together can they ensure the operational efficiency of the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.The method of applying system engineering management to integrate technological innovation and industrial innovation into a unified innovation system can accelerate the deep integration and development of technological innovation and industrial innovation.关键词
