Abstract
Taking the finned tube evaporator of heat pump unit in flue gas waste heat recovery tower as the research object,the effects of the structure parameters of finned tube evaporator and flue gas inlet parameters on the heat transfer coefficient of fin surface were nu-merically studied.Along the flue gas flow direction,both temperature and pressure gradually decrease,with the highest flow velocities observed at both lateral sides of the heat exchange tubes while the leeward side velocity approaches zero.The internal diameter of heat exchange tubes had a greater impact on the average fin surface heat transfer coefficient than fin thickness,where appropriately reducing the tube diameter can significantly enhance heat transfer performance.Com-pared to flue gas inlet temperature,both the inlet veloc-ity and water vapor volume fraction show more pro-nounced effects,with controlled increase in these pa-rameters substantially improving the average fin sur-face heat transfer coefficient.关键词
