摘要

Abstract

Internal corrosion and leakage cases related to construction are summarized.The causes of internal corrosion and leakage before and after the commission-ing of pipelines,as well as the mechanisms of major corrosion types(pitting corrosion and CO2 corrosion)are analyzed,and the key points for construction are proposed.The main reasons for internal corrosion be-fore commissioning include a long time interval be-tween pipeline completion and commissioning,the ab-sence or substandard quality of relevant pigging and drying operations.The corrosion type is primarily pit-ting corrosion perforation.The main cause for internal corrosion after commissioning is the accumulation of liquid water during the construction period,leading to CO2 weak acid corrosion.To prevent internal corrosion of pipelines,it is necessary to carry out pipeline pig-ging,pressure testing,drying,shorten the idle time;implement the operations in accordance with stan-dards;and use dry nitrogen at 0.2 MPa to maintain pipeline pressure after pipeline construction.
