摘要

Abstract

The safe and efficient mining of working face is of great significance to the development of coal enterprises.Taking the No.10104 fully-mechanized mining face of No.10 coal seam of Shanxi Lingshi Huayuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,an efficient coal mining process design for fully-mechanized mining face was carried out based on its geological conditions and coal seam occurrence characteristics.The bi-directional coal cutting method of oblique sumping at the end of triangular coal was selected and an infrared detection device was used to achieve the positioning of coal winning machine.The hydraulic support moving adopted an electro-hydraulic controlled moving support following machine method,and the support moving processes of the basic support and the end sup-port were designed separately.The scraper conveyor was controlled by an electro-hydraulic controller,which specified the pushing meth-od and technical requirements.The transfer machine and crusher were implemented through specific transfer operation procedures,and multiple people were required to work together to ensure safety.The research formed a complete coal mining process system covering coal cutting,frame moving,conveyor moving,and transfer machine.This provides scientific basis and effective guarantee for safe and ef-ficient mining of working face.
