基于主题分析的老年慢性病患者智慧医疗可及性影响因素质性研究
Factors influencing accessibility of smart healthcare for elderly patients with chronic diseases:a theme analysis-based qualitative study

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status of access to smart healthcare for elderly patients with chronic diseases and pro-pose corresponding strategies,and to provide reference for innovating and optimizing smart healthcare service models.Methods A descriptive study was conducted.Using purposive sampling,seventeen elderly patients with chronic diseases and 8 smart healthcare service providers were selected for semi-structured interviews.Theme analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results Four themes were extracted regarding the accessibility of smart healthcare for elderly patients with chronic diseases:intelligent carriers(lack and uneven distribution of smart devices and incomplete age-friendly function of smart devices);platform technology(incomplete net-work security construction and poor platform interoperability);intelligent literacy(low recognition of smart healthcare,lack of willing-ness to use it and inadequate intelligent knowledge and skills);social support(inadequate implementation and promotion of policies,and differences in support levels among medical personnel,and insufficient digital reverse mentoring).Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic diseases exhibit low awareness,weak willingness,and limited capacity to use smart healthcare services.To address these challenges,it is essential to strengthen government leadership by formulating and improving relevant policies to promote interoperability among healthcare platforms;increase funding support to bridge urban-rural digital divide,particularly addressing the shortage of smart devices in rural areas,while advancing age-friendly adaptations of such technologies;enhance family-based digital mentoring and so-cial support by establishing a quadruple-linkage smart healthcare service model(family-community-hospital-government)to facilitate self-management and medical access for elderly patients with chronic disease.关键词
