Abstract
Objective To construct a post competency evaluation index system for digital scanning in orthodontic nursing,and to pro-vide reference for the training and evaluation of dental nurse specialists.Methods On the basis of literature research,Delphi method was employed to conduct two rounds of consultations with 23 experts to construct and determine the post competency evaluation index system for digital scanning in orthodontic nursing.Results Positive coefficient of experts was 100%,and the authority coefficient 0.896.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance ranged from 0.193 to 0.229 and from 0.249 to 0.405,respectively(P<0.01).The final evaluation index system consisted of 4 first-level,20 secondary-level,and 86 third-level indicators.Conclusion The post competen-cy evaluation index system for digital scanning in orthodontic nursing has been verified to be scientific and reliable,and can provide reference for the precise training and assessment of nurse specialists in Orthodontics.关键词
