Abstract
Objective To systematically interpret the Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic(CKM)syndrome management strategies outlined in the"Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Health:A Presidential Advisory"from a nursing perspective,to overcome the limitations of tra-ditional fragmented care models and provide an evidence-based foundation for establishing clinical nursing pathways for CKM syn-drome.Methods This study interpreted key CKM syndrome management strategies outlined in the"Cardiovascular-Kidney-Meta-bolic Health:A Presidential Advisory"and their implications for nursing practice.Results The analysis highlighted the core role of nurses in CKM syndrome management,detailing specific practical directions for interdisciplinary teams,body composition manage-ment,lifestyle interventions,social determinants of health,and health education.Conclusions This interpretation provides a practi-cal framework for building an efficient,integrated nursing model for CKM syndrome.It facilitates the development of a nurse-coordinat-ed,interdisciplinary,evidence-based nursing program,thereby improving life-course health management quality.关键词
