癌症治疗功能评估-神经毒性13条目量表在结直肠癌患者中的信效度检验
Reliability and validity of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy/Gynecologic Oncology Group-Neurotoxicity 13 Item Version Questionnaire in patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To test the reliability,validity and cross-gender measurement invariance of the Functional Assessment of Can-cer Therapy/Gynecologic Oncology Group-Neurotoxicity 13 Item Version(FACT/GOG-Ntx 13)questionnaire in colorectal cancer popu-lation in China.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select colorectal cancer patients treated with oxaliplatin chemotherapy in the inpatient and outpatient department of two tertiary grade-A hospitals in Tianjin and Nanchang,China.From June to September 2024,a survey was conducted to test the reliability and cross-gender measurement invariance of the Chinese version of FACT/GOG-Ntx 13.Results The Chinese version of FACT/GOG-Ntx 13 consisted of 13 items with 1 dimension.The critical ratios for each entry ranged from 10.991 to 15.583(P<0.001),and the correlation coefficients between the scores of each entry and the total score of the scale ranged from 0.660 to 0.745(P<0.001).Exploratory factor analysis extracted 1 common factor with a cumulative variance contribu-tion of 50.04%,and confirmatory factor analysis supported the single factor model,and each indicator met the ideal fit criteria(χ2/df=1.532,RMSEA=0.041,GFI=0.955,CFI=0.976,IFI=0.976,TLI=0.999).The factor loadings of each scale item ranged from 0.651 to 0.749;the composite reliability of single dimensions was 0.982,and average variance extracted 0.398.The Chinese version of FACT/GOG-Ntx 13 was positively correlated with the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Question-naire Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy Scale(r=0.787,P<0.001).The Cronbach's α coefficient for the scale was 0.896;the scale had measurement invariance across-group in equivalence test(P>0.05).Conclusion The Chinese version of FACT/GOG-Ntx 13 has good reliability and cross-gender measurement invariance,and can be used for early assessment and identification of the se-verity of neuropathy in colorectal cancer patients treated with oxaliplatin chemotherapy.关键词
