Evidence summary of screening process and management for neonatal fundus diseases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically integrate the best evidence for screening processes and management of neonatal fundus dis-eases,and to provide scientific references for clinical staff during the screening and management.Methods A systematic search of domestic and international databases and professional websites was conducted to identify high-quality literature related to neonatal fun-dus disease screening.Literature quality assessment was performed by two researchers independently based on the inclusion and exclu-sion criteria,followed by the classification,integration,and evidence extraction from eligible studies.Results Nine studies were in-cluded,comprising one clinical decision,three systematic reviews,four guidelines,and one expert consensus.Twenty pieces of best evi-dence were extracted across seven aspects:screening population,timing,procedures,supportive measures,postoperative care,family education,and follow-up.Conclusion The best evidence summarized in this study provides critical references for standardizing screening process and management of neonatal fundus diseases.In practice,contextual factors and facilitators or barriers during imple-mentation should be considered to achieve optimal outcomes.关键词
