Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on a maritime power is an important part of Xi Jin-ping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Hainan,thriving through promoting maritime economy,adheres to the basic principle of"land-sea coordination",builds upon the key foundation of"marine resource exploitation"and"marine economy development",ensures the fundamental safeguard of"marine ecological and environ-mental conservation",and propels progress through the main driving force of"marine science and technology advance-ment",thereby accelerating its transformation into a strong maritime province.The maritime-oriented practice has accumu-lated valuable experience for China to continue promoting the construction of a maritime power on a new journey in the new era.关键词
