Preparation of a carbon fiber powder/pre-oxidized filament/aramid mat wear-resistant and anti-corrosive coated fabric combining infrared stealth,ultraviolet protection,and aging resistance properties

Abstract
Carbon fiber powder/PU film was prepared by foaming and coating process using waterborne polyure-thane(PU2540)as the matrix,carbon fiber powder as the functional filler,and sodium dodecyl sulfate as the blowing agent,and further carbon fiber powder/pre-oxygenated silk/aramid felt composites were prepared by using PU2540 as the binder using the adhesive method.Focusing on the mechanism of silane coupling agent(KH550)on the infrared stealth per-formance,ultraviolet protection performance,abrasion resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance of the materials.The results show that KH550 significantly improves the multifunctionality of the composites:the enhancement of interfacial bonding strength increases the abrasion resistance by 15.7%.The optimization of infrared reflection paths reduc-es the infrared emissivity in the band of 2.5-40.0 μm to 0.782,while maintaining the ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)of 273.The formation of crosslinked networks improves the chemical corrosion resistance,and gives the material excellent ag-ing resistance(the performance retention rate after 8 h of UV aging is above 90%),which successfully realizes the synergis-tic optimization of wear resistance,infrared stealth,UV protection,chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance.关键词
