摘要
Abstract
The inherent beige color of soy protein fiber/Lyocell blended fabrics can affects subsequent dyeing ef-fects,as the fibers are prone to fibrillation and the dyeing processing steps are cumbersome.To solve the above problems,the pre-treatment method of ozone treatment is adopted to evenly distribute the fiber color and effectively improve the whiteness of the fabric.One-bath dyeing process using neutral dyes and reactive dyes is selected for fabric dyeing,and a fiber-locking agent is used in conjunction with molecular deep cross-linking to effectively inhibit fiber fibrillation.This technology reduces water consumption,enhances dyeing process efficiency,and lowers production costs.关键词
